You must be really desperate, or you would not have found your way to
this site! God is shaking the foundations of people's lives and
of society as a whole, and I have been given miscellaneous details
concerning how to turn inadequate foundations into the only adequate
foundation a person can have in his or her life - Jesus Christ!
Thank you for stopping by my home
page! I trust that you will
find something of importance here. I lay no claim to anything of
benefit which you may find here, but I take full responsibility for any
rubbish you find here. I suggest that you ask God for discernment
to know good from bad.
My primary purpose for writing is to
tell Good News In Troubled Times,
and to address
spiritual realities which do not seem to be addressed by 'the church'
or anyone else that I know of. Please feel free to correct me if
I am wrong. I do not claim to know it all by any means, but there
are precious jewels of truth and experience which have transformed my
life and which are transforming my life for the better, and I suspect
that I am not the only one for whom these truths and experiences are
meant! So let me also encourage you, dear reader, to share by
whatever means God chooses for you the precious gems of your life with
whomever God wants to touch through you!
Since I began my adventure with God
on May 15, 1976, by bowing my knees
before Him, asking His forgiveness for my sins, and receiving His Son
into my heart to be my Savior and Lord, I have been out of sync with
'the church'. Part of that has been my fault. In spite of
being significantly changed on that wonderful day in May, 1976, I still
had (and have to some degree) unresolved issues of pride, selfishness
and waywardness from God which affect my relationships with others.
But part of my not fitting in to
'proper church order' has been the
fault of 'the church'. In many ways I believe that it is out of
synch with God's current plan for His people. I have had the
privilege over the past
thirty-eight years of knowing Christians from all over the world, and
from various religious backgrounds. Some have been very
Christ like, while others have been very un-Christ-like. There
seems to be a vast spectrum of spirituality among followers of Christ,
as there is a vast spectrum of people in general - from the very nice
to the very mean and nasty, the very warm and friendly to the very cold
and unfriendly. Many Christians say that we need revival, but we
need something much more than revival!
My encounters with other Christians
have left me with a variety of
stories about those people, and I would like to share those stories
with you, dear reader!
You will find links to those stories
below, and I hope that you will
find these stories not only entertaining, but transformational in your
life! Please feel free to give me your feedback about these
stories, and whether they have any impact on your life. email@example.com
I write these things to you, dear
reader, because I believe that you
are a precious soul for whom God gave His only-begotten Son to set you
free to become the son or daughter that He wants you to be in His
family and His kingdom. I also write to you, dear reader, because
I believe that we have an adversary who wants to continue to degrade
and destroy us if possible out of spite toward God, our Creator and
Here is my prayer for you:
Heb 13:20-21 Now may the God of Peace who brought again from the
dead our Lord Jesus, the Great Shepherd of the Sheep, by the blood of
the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may
do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through
Jesus Christ, to Whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Perhaps my favorite story, and the
story which I seem to tell most
often, is the Fr. George Story.
Another favorite story is my Asthma Story.

Looking back on my life, I can
certainly say that the best thing God
ever did for me was to give His Son Jesus to pay for my sins. And
the second best thing that God ever did for me was to kick all of my
crutches out from under me to bring me crashing down to reality so that
I would be desperate enough to surrender to God and His plans and
purposes for my life. Here is my Foundation
